Robin
Cass 
Robin Cass, is a faculty member in the Glass Program at the Rochester
Institute of Technology. She received her BFA from the Rhode Island School
of Design and her MFA from Alfred University. She has received a fellowship
from the Creative Glass Center of America, several grants from the New
York Foundation for the Arts, and in 2002 was awarded a residency at the
Glass & Ceramic Center of Seto, Japan. Cass has taught at Pilchuck
Glass School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Haystack, The Studio
at the Corning Museum of Glass, Aichi University, and Kookmin University.
Her work has been exhibited at the Museum of American Glass, Tittot Museum
in Taiwan, and the Appalachian Center for Crafts. Cass will lead an RIT
study abroad course to the Scuola del Vetro Abate Zanetti in Murano, Italy
in 2004, and teach at The Glass Furnace in Istanbul, Turkey.
